- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste

Instrukcje
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add the sautéed mushrooms and garlic on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mushrooms.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
