Instrukcje

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  4. Loosen the skin of the chicken and spread the garlic herb butter underneath.
  5. Rub the remaining butter mixture all over the chicken.
  6. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and onion quarters.
  7. Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
  8. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
