Instrukcje
- In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the mint leaves and remove from heat. Let steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove mint leaves.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Slowly add the warm cream mixture while whisking.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze until firm.
