Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add caramelized onions to the meat mixture and combine well.
- Form meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
