Instrukcje
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
