Instrukcje
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
- Add mixed vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add frozen dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
