Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Season the roast with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add beef broth, carrots, and potatoes to the pot.
- Cover and transfer to the oven.
- Cook for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
