- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until softened.
- Add rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Transfer rice mixture to a baking dish.
- Place chicken thighs on top of the rice.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, add peas, and bake for another 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
