- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 9 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the beef. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of salsa on the bottom.
- Place 3 tortillas over the salsa.
- Add half of the beef mixture, followed by a layer of cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with tortillas, salsa, and cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then top with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
