- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer 2 corn tortillas at the bottom.
- Add half of the black beans and half of the corn.
- Spread half of the salsa over the beans and corn.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with the last layer of tortillas and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
