- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the beef and stir.
- Spread a layer of the beef mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles topped with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
