A simple and delicious recipe for cooking a whole chicken in a crockpot.

- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instrukcje
- Rub the whole chicken with olive oil.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place lemon halves and rosemary inside the cavity of the chicken.
- Put the chicken in the crockpot, breast side up.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
