A refreshing and protein-packed curried chickpea salad.

Instrukcje
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chickpea mixture and stir well to combine.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
