- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instrukcje
- Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add coconut milk, chicken broth, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic, curry paste, fish sauce, and lime juice.
- Stir everything to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir the soup and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
