Instrukcje
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and chili powder.
- Place the onion and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add the seasoned pork on top of the onion and garlic.
- Squeeze lime juice over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shredded pork to the skillet and cook until crispy.
- Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
