Instrukcje
- Drain and rinse soaked chickpeas.
- Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and baking powder until coarse.
- Form mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry falafel until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sauce or in pita.
