- Dip chicken pieces in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
- In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar; mix well.
- Add the fried chicken and toss to coat.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
