Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips and fresh cilantro.
