This creamy spicy garlic butter steak and pasta recipe combines tender steak with a rich, flavorful sauce over pasta.

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instrukcje
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook to desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice steak and add to the sauce with cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
- Serve with chopped parsley on top.
