  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix halved potatoes with honey and chili flakes.
  7. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Serve chicken alfredo over pasta and add roasted potatoes on the side.
