Creamy mushroom chicken Alfredo served with hot honey roasted potatoes.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil water in a pot and cook the fettuccine until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and mushrooms.
- Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Add chicken breasts, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until combined.
- Mix in the cooked fettuccine.
- In another bowl, toss baby potatoes with honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- Serve chicken Alfredo with hot honey roasted potatoes.
