Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
- Add granulated sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in almond mixture and instant coffee gently.
- Pipe onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool completely before filling.
- For the filling, whip cream, butter, and coffee liqueur until smooth.
- Sandwich filling between two macaron shells.
