Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place pie crust in a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and vanilla extract.
- Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour filling into the baked pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
