 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 carrots, diced
 - 2 celery stalks, diced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 500g ground beef
 - 200g pancetta, diced
 - 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 - 1 cup red wine
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
 - 2 bay leaves
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh basil for garnish
 
Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
 - Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until soft.
 - Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 - Add ground beef and pancetta. Brown the meat.
 - Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
 - Add red wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
 - Add oregano, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
 - Reduce heat and let it simmer for at least 1 hour.
 - Remove bay leaves before serving.
 - Serve hot with pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
