Instrukcje

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef and pancetta. Brown the meat.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
  6. Add red wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add oregano, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
  8. Reduce heat and let it simmer for at least 1 hour.
  9. Remove bay leaves before serving.
