Instrukcje
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla together.
- Slowly add a cup of the hot rice mixture to the eggs, stirring constantly.
- Pour the egg mixture back into the pot, and cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
