Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and pumpkin puree to the butter mixture, then mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then add milk.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
