Instrukcje
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and stir in vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
- Let the dough cool for a few minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Squeeze out strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon, then coat churros in the mixture.
