Churros poppers are the perfect sweet treat. These bite-sized desserts are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, coated in cinnamon sugar.

Instrukcje
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt to the boiling mixture. Stir until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture after frying.
- Serve warm.
