- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instrukcje
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until smooth.
- Heat milk in a saucepan, then slowly add to the egg mixture.
- Cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened.
- Remove from heat, let cool, then fold in mascarpone and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Combine coffee and liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee mixture and layer in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers, ending with mascarpone on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder and nutmeg.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
