Instrukcje

  1. Mix the flour, water, and sourdough starter in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Add salt, dried fruit, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let it rise for 4-6 hours.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket. Cover and let rise for another 2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
  7. Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven and cover.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered until golden.
  9. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
