- 500g strong white bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 200g dried fruit mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instrukcje
- Mix the flour, water, and sourdough starter in a large bowl until combined.
- Add salt, dried fruit, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let it rise for 4-6 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket. Cover and let rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven and cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered until golden.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
