Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cranberries and pecans.
- In another bowl, whisk together cream and egg.
- Add cream mixture to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Pat dough into a circle about 1 inch thick.
- Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
