Instrukcje
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the rinsed rice to the boiling broth.
- Stir in the dried fruits, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
