  • 1/2 cup suet

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the steamer or pot with water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, dried fruit, raisins, currants, brown sugar, suet, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Grease a pudding basin and pour the mixture into it.
  6. Cover the basin with a cloth and secure it.
  7. Place the basin in the steamer and steam for 6 hours.
  8. Remove and let cool before serving.
