Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with onions, celery, carrots, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon.
- Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
