A traditional Christmas main course featuring roasted turkey with stuffing.

- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing bread cubes, celery, onion, butter, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey on a roasting pan and pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
