  • 1 onion, quartered

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the goose and pat it dry.
  3. Season the inside and outside with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the cavity with apples and onion.
  5. Rub the skin with olive oil, thyme, and rosemary.
  6. Place the goose on a rack in a roasting pan.
  7. Add water to the bottom of the pan.
  8. Roast for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  9. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  10. Let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
