Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Grease and line a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix dried fruits and nuts.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with orange juice and brandy.
- Fold in the mixed fruits and nuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan.
