A festive Christmas entremet with layers of chocolate mousse and berry compote.

- 200g dark chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 150g sugar
- 200g mixed berries
- 100g almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Prepare a layer of almond flour and press it into a mold.
- Spread half of the chocolate mousse over the almond layer.
- Prepare the berry compote by heating mixed berries and sugar until soft.
- Spread the berry compote over the mousse layer.
- Add the remaining mousse on top and smooth it out.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
