Opis

A festive Christmas entremet with layers of chocolate mousse and berry compote.

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 150g sugar
  • 200g mixed berries
  • 100g almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  5. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Prepare a layer of almond flour and press it into a mold.
  8. Spread half of the chocolate mousse over the almond layer.
  9. Prepare the berry compote by heating mixed berries and sugar until soft.
  10. Spread the berry compote over the mousse layer.
  11. Add the remaining mousse on top and smooth it out.
  12. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  13. Unmold and serve chilled.
