Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix butter, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, celery, bread crumbs, sage, thyme, and cranberries.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
