Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the duck and pat it dry.
- Rub salt and pepper all over the duck.
- Stuff the cavity with oranges, onion, garlic, and thyme.
- Place the duck on a roasting rack in a pan.
- Mix honey and soy sauce and brush it over the duck.
- Roast for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
