  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave. Let cool slightly, then mix into the cheesecake batter.
  7. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set in the center.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
