Delicious chocolate cinnamon rolls with a rich filling.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and cocoa powder. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
- Can add icing on top for extra sweetness.
