Instrukcje
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add crumbled tofu, chipotle peppers, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in soy sauce and vegetable broth; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
