Instrukcje
- Mix flour and water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Boil or steam the dumplings for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
