Instrukcje
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Push the mixture to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
- Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan.
- Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
