- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instrukcje
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is soft.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
