Instrukcje
- Heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

- Add soaked chickpeas and diced potatoes, mix thoroughly.
- Add water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and chickpeas are tender.
- Stir in garam masala and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
