- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instrukcje
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes and cook until they break down.
- Stir in chipotle, cumin, oregano, and salt.
- Add chicken breasts and enough water to cover.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pan.
- Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
