  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
