A delicious twist on traditional lasagna with chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
