Instrukcje
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in chestnuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- In another pot, boil potatoes until tender, then toss with sage.
- In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms until soft.
- Combine fettuccine with the sauce and serve with potatoes and mushrooms on top.
- Drizzle with basil pesto before serving.
