  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instrukcje

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown.
  5. Stir in chestnuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese.
  7. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  8. In another pot, boil potatoes until tender, then toss with sage.
  9. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms until soft.
  10. Combine fettuccine with the sauce and serve with potatoes and mushrooms on top.
  11. Drizzle with basil pesto before serving.
